File Handling

For sensitive CAD files or protected technical drawings, clients should use a controlled transfer method: their secure file link, client portal, or a private upload link provided by TM8 after initial review.

CAD files are deleted according to the retention schedule below. Submitted project materials are not used to train AI models.

TM8 keeps personal data and business records only as long as needed for project review, delivery, accounting, legal obligations and reasonable business continuity.

CAD files and technical materials are deleted 35 days after project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing or required for legal reasons.

Your Rights

Depending on the circumstances, individuals may request access to their personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing.

Requests can be sent to tm8.piotr@gmail.com. Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland or with the supervisory authority in their EU country of residence.
